Default 2000 E36 316SE compact - roof lining colour change??

has any1 ever changed there roof lining and if so was it hard to do?? im currently trying to improve the apperance of the interior of my car, hoping to get in the very near future......half leather seats(wrapped leather onto the seats i already have) some kind of black and red stiching leather on my steering wheel.....the car's red....if you didnt guess, dont know wether to get my door cards done in leather or leave them......has any1 else done anything like this at all to there cars?...........cheers

I swapped the rooflining in my saloon. TBH as long as you are careful its not a bad job to do. Easier in a compact as you can fit it through the boot...

does any1 know where i could source a new roof lining from? been on ebay a few times but no joy!..cheers

Best thing to do is contact all the BMW breakers as they will sell you a complete kit. This includes the sunvisors, grab handles A, B and C pillar trims so it will all match....
