Hi all, i recently debadged my car, heated up the badges and used floss, and they came off easy enough. Now im left with the adheasive still on the car and just cant seem to get rid off it. Ive used WD40, white spirit, glue remover, tar remover, but it isnt budging. I was thinking maybe it has been de-badged before and a previous owner has stuck it back on with super glue or something, and i doubt BMW's adheasive would be this strong, has anyone got any tips to try to get it off, its looking rather ugly at the moment.

    Thanks

Sounds like you may be correct a decent tar and glue remover like Tardis should take care of this with ease, so maybe the previous owner has used super glue etc.

Thanks for the reply, is there anyway to get rid of the glue, without stripping the paint? Or else it looks like i will be sticking the badge back on..
