    Hey just had an idea how hard will it be to wire up a motor of some sort and turn the rear quarter windows electric so i can open them like my front windows

    The OEM BMW Electric Rear Window Kit - BMW Part Numbers

    51 368 1 51 845 (L Panel Trim Piece)
    51 368 1 51 846 (R Panel Trim Piece)
    51 36 9 402 689 (Electric hinged window kit)
    61 12 9 402 660 (Supplementary wiring harness for central body electronics ZKE)
    61 12 9 404 366 (Power supply wiring harness for central body electronics (ZKE)

    heres another list i have found..

    01 29 0 017 969 Stick-on label EBA-AUFKL. GELB x 1
    07 11 9 907 939 Fillister head self-tapping screw x 4
    07 11 9 915 042 Hex Bolt with washer M6X16-Z2 x 6
    07 12 9 900 191 Self-locking hex nut M6 x 6
    51 36 8 151 508 Drive Shaft x 2
    51 36 8 151 517 Hinge left x 1
    51 36 8 151 518 Hinge right x 1
    61 31 1 387 998 Double curved frame x 2
    61 31 8 357 208 Switch x 2
    61 66 8 351 768 Pipe clamp NATUR x 4
    67 15 8 353 185 Vent window drive x 2


    heres a list of the items you may need, not sure if BMW still do them and i believe they are about £200 in total...

    you may be able to get a retrofit kit off ebay

    Right ok cheers will have a look about if its gonna cost £200+ i wont bother with it pmsl i wanted to get the back side windows motorised and then see about having a sun roof put in both of which will prob be expensive hense the reason why i want it done prob lol
