    Replaced the gaiters on the 323i with leather ones fro Ebay. I chose the sutle touch of triple stitching in M Tech colours. Look miles better than the original ones, although you have to cut the vinyl off and reuse your surrounds...

    (Excuse the crappy gear knob - I'll be replacing that with a new BMW leather one soon - hate those cheap looking chrome things)

    looks the bizz m8...was lookn at those too but didnt realise the gaiter was actually sewn onto the plastic surround so that put me off tryn!yours is makn me think again tho...thers loads off smart mtec goodies on ebay...lost out on an mtec arbonfibre gearknob twice!!

    The vinyl gaiters are actually glued onto the plastic surrounds :o

    No worries though, they pull off quite easily, and the new gaiters are elasticated around the bottom saving you the need to staple/glue them onto the surrounds.

    20 minute job max to do both mate, and they look miles better.
