    morning lads, just need a quick answer, im fitting my ccfl rings today , are they ment to sit right inside the lip of the glass or just on top, because mine are sitting on the top of the lip and dont seem to want to fit inside the lip

    congrats hope they look nice im looking into doing this what colour did u go for iv seen some kits on ebay some blue, red green (i iirc) and purple not sure their legal though

    I'd say they're probably too blue Will, you'd be better off getting white ones

    ahhh ok m8 but their ther right type though yeah. whats the worse that could happen by going for blue points, fine, failed mot, i read somewhere u cant change the bulbs either is that correct?? thnks again

    its not a problem with blue on the front mate, technically its not illegal as the highway code only states that red on the front is illegal. Blue (if its flashing) will get you into alot of bother. A firend of my brothers is in the force and i've asked and hes said it should be fine, but personally that shade of blue looks cheap, i'd go for crystal white - it'll look alot better in the daylight and night.
