I bought myself a front bumper for my car thats the same color Arctic Silver, and it has a replica Alpina splitter on it. Only cost 100. There was a bit of scape damage to the driver's side undercorner which I have filled now and smoothed over. I've also have to fill in quite a few other mould holes etc to make it nice and smooth.
Now, I have noticed that the top and bottom grooves above the center ALPINA word are solid, with 2 rounded posts top and bottom. I've looked at a few pics of other Alpina splitters, and they are all the same, with solid grooves. Has anyone chopped out that top and bottom bit, leaving those 2 posts? I was thinking of doing it cos this design isn't half gonna cause drag!!
