    Yep there are two types of grills and yours do look like facelift ones. Now due to the lovely fact that there are some facelift grills (non oem of course) that are made to make your prefacelift model look like a facelift lol (and the unfortunate fact that I think I've seen those ones you have on your car selling on eBay not to long ago as made for prefacelift) I would suggest that you double check before you buy any.

    The quickest/easiest way IMO is to just call your local BMW dealer and give the Parts dept your last 7 digits of your VIN and they will tell you exactly what one you have

    (but from what I can see from your car you prolly do have the facelift model as you also have the face lift 'slim/smaller' side indicators which were apparently only added with the facelift version)
