My headlights have small scratches and like pitting, can these be polished out, iv seen autoglym do a glass polish, but it says not to use on coated headlights, does anyone know if my car would have coating on headlights?
    Has anyone ever tried this
    Cheers

glass polish my headlights, with ag glass polish

Do you have a machine polisher?

you can do it by hand or with a machine polisher, if you are using a machine, becareful not to let the heat build up to much on the lense otherwise it will distort them, but a machine polisher should get the scratches out

I normally do headlights and taillights every soo often with the machine and every few washes by hand

As for if they are coated or not, dont know

hmmm, it depends how deep they are really,

by hand or with your buffer/polisher probably not alot of a chance of removing them

with a machine polisher you may stand a bit more of a chance of removing them,

Have you not considered new lenses?
