I think you'll find that the wires are linked and you don't need them, was the case with my kit, can you post a pic of the ballasts and wires?

It depends on the wiring with your kit, did the original bulb connector connect directly to the hid ballast?

Hard to explain but some kits have connectors to the ballasts and the power wires have to connect to the original bulb connector, on some kits the original bulb connector will fit directly to the ballasts

basically my (diane kit) will all connect itself all the kit is there, but currently i have 2 wires going to low beam, blue and black both of these are female connectors, 1 holds the buld after its locked and the other is the power,

the kit comes with 2 wires red and black but these are male connector's, do i just connect these together and then insert bulb altho hid bulb does not fit thro the locking plate so a cant even get the bulb thro!!!!

sorry mate was having a bad day lol head is everywhere!!!

tried 1 full side and everything worked fine, then took second bulb out noticed it was broken, but tried the rest of the side everything is there seem's good other than the fact when i switched engine off swapped ballast to make sure both ballast worked but it never worked?? does this mean i have a dodgy ballast and bulb??

    cheers

Was about to suggest checking out my guide but you've sorted it now - hope a replacement fully sorts it
