    Hi everyone im going to be fitting a m3 rear spoiler to my car and just wanting to know the best way to make holes on the inside of the boot so i can put the nuts on.I want it to be a neat way and not just attacked with a grinder.I was thinking of using a a hole saw on end of a drill.Can you think of anyother ways of doing it

    Lowering springs(done)
    Uprated brake hoses
    Uprated electric fans
    Inlet manifold conversion
    Alloy wheels

    on my 2nd bm i just drilled holes into the boot. marked it all up first
    stanced vert OEM BABY! when verts go mad

    drill with a metal drill then self tappers and some bonding material like Stickoflex (Not whips, chains or handcuffs)

    Lol sorry whati meant was most boots iv seen on bmw with boot spoliers io thats what they have done hacked at it with a grinder lol

    Ditto, just picked up what i presume to be a M3 spoiler... £10 from scrappy, are all boot lids the same on e36 3series?... saloon. i ask this because on the edge of my boot where the holes where on the boot i took spoiler off, theres like a seam? if that makes sense?

    Oh and how do you identify a real spoiler from a fake? mine says heck something

    should have a bmw stamp and some wording/code on the left bottom corner
