I assume he's thanking you StK for trying your best to help whilst he sits back and waits for the answer.

I have heard similar talk, but I think the E31 looks better without a rear spoiler, it has smooth clean lines, and the rear spoiler will upset that.

I guess he is not.........BUT we knew that all along...Anyway multiple threads annoys everbody, there is nothing wrong with keeping all things in one place...still if he doesn't like it I am sure there is some other place he can hang out

i like the spoiler look and its my car lol. but if you guys / me can find out for sure that the e36 saloon spoiler does fit then everyone will want one. there's loads of e 36 spoilers but no e31's. imagine having too go to bmw for a new spoiler for an e31 after a rear end shunt instead of an e36 e-bay special. i am familiar with the saying less is more but i don't understand what it means

dont do it tony...the rear of the e31 is pure subtle sports look and putting a spoiler on it would spoiler it...

long time no read smiley. i think it's just the long nights with nothing too do gets the old brain churning over. maybe i'll just concentrate on getting the steering wheel done, my scuffed wheel fixed,my interior re-dyed and polished, my rocker covers re-painted, etc, etc, etc.
