I tried searching for this and apologise if its been asked before and if this is in the wrong section.

I would like to fit some leather seats into my e36 compact however there seem to be no leather compact seats for sale at the moment.

Does anyone know if the E36 coupe seats will fit the e36 compact??

    Cheers

Have been looking to do the same thing with my compact, front will fit but im not sure about the rear seats. Have search eBay previously and have found some, normally half leather & can be a bit pricey.

The problem is the compact leathers are very pricey but the coupes arent i assume this is because the compacts are rarer. The rear seats look the same but i dont know if theyll fit as the compacts fold down???

Coupe Front seats will fit, Saloon Front seats will fit, but wont tilt forward.
Im pretty sure the rear bench is specific to the compact.
I've got an M3 centre console + arm rest which mated up to the compact console (bit with gear lever + window switches) with a bit of playing

The leather compact interiors are hard to find in good nick, I had to drive from Bham to south coast in a rented van to get mine !
As a result the prices can be quite high, i'd be patient and wait for a good-un on ebay, you could try FABdirect or other breakers I guess.

    Hope this helps

Loads on ebay mate (Search E36 Arm rest), You need the rear part of console with the arm rest itself, it bolts to 3 hols on the transission tunnel.

I've got an M3 arm rest and it mates up to the Compact front centre console (gear stick and window switches) to what I'd call a 95% fit. Im quite happy with it, but if doing it again I'd hold out for a compact specific arm rest (its the front part thats ever so slightly off).

I paid £50 which is actually a good price, they are like gold dust. I've seen compact ones going for 70-80 on ebay !
    Shiny Shiny Shiny!
