New is better, I used the old ones on the front of mine with no problems.

I know it sounds a stupid question how do they bolt on the coilover strut, all new to this coilover stuff is it the same as a normal strut, push the spring down then bolt it together

Basically yes! Undo the top of coilover, get the topmount (someone to help is a good idea here, pain in the ass on ya own) push it on and get the nut on. Much easier than normal springs as you can push the mounts on by hand with the coilovers and don't need spring compressors.

Should look good! Not bad for a hundred quid either..

A few people (me included..) buggered the rear mounts by missing out an important washer.. Make sure all the bits off the old shocks go on the new ones. Good luck!

cant find a pic. Basically it's a small curved washer thingy that goes under the rear topmount. As long as you take the bits of the old and onto the new you'll be fine..

Got to take all the bits off and put them on like before.. the rear bump stop, the tiny wee washer, the big upside down curved thingy and the top mount gasket and the other curved bit off the old top mounts.. like so....

Just take things off and lie them out in the order you took them off then put onto the new stuff..
