    Hi all,

As im going to be poor for the next few months.. the M bumper is on hold and im going to do some cheap(er) mods to the car.

My next one is to respray the black bits in my headlights as they seem to have gone a bit grey over time...

While these are apart i will get rid of my LED angels and fit CCFL's aswel.

My question is... are the front lenses easy to get off?

My knowledge of "normal" headlights is you heat the edges up with a heatgun and just pull them apart... doyour business (oo er) and then put them back together... heat them again to seal them shut and run a line of silicone around them to water proof...

    Simples right?

Any info... even if its a "Tom you muppet... you have got it right" is welcome!

    Cheers,

    Tom

The lenses are easy to get off, once you have the headlights out they just unclip.
Have a look at my CCFL Angel Eyes DIY Guide, it'll show you the process with photos
