    Hi,

    Yes, the centre inserts come out, last time i did some, i had to chop the little plastic bits off the back of the doorcard (you'll see what i mean when you get it off)
    When i put it back together, i used some old PC case screws that i had knocking about, they were short enough not to come through the front and fat enough to get a good grip on the insert
