My bmw has been pink faded for along time now. Then this Tuesday got the red t cut out then got all the dirt marks out and faded colours out to. Then used car pride extream wax to keep the shine and bright red colour there. The car hasnt been washed yet its still clean but got wash wax when needed.

What I want to know is how often should I wax the car being red?

    thanks

Yeah lol the grit guard is good, but yo could still get little bits of cr@p floating about in the water.... 2 bucket is a safer bet IMHO. Even better would be the 2 bucket method WITH a grit guard!

You can't beat Matts link, it's the best most professional way without doubt.
Sadly the red paint is very prone to fading & at the very least you'll have to regularly put in some elbow grease to keep it waxed & protected once you've cut back the oxidised layer.
