Warning: If you have never done this before please seek guidence as you are playing with your brakes........
1. Jack car up and place on axle stands then remove road wheels.
2. Wire brush around solid brake pipe area and around brake flexible area on caliper. Spray a small amount od WD-40 around pipe ends.(careful not to get on dics and pads.
3. I always wedge the brake pedal down with a bit of wood to minimize brake fluid loss and drawing air back into the system.
4.Now using a 11mm brake spanner undo steel pipe from flexible hose.
5. Next step is to undo flexible hose fron caliper using a 14mm spanner.
6.Screw in and tighten down new hoses into caliper
7. push through other end of the brake hose through the bracket and fasten up to the steel pipe
8. Free off bleed nipple using a 7mm ring spanner
9. Bleeding i always use a pressure bleeder as it is quicker and i can do it by myself.
Fill container with fresh brake fluid and screw cap on. Connect correct lid to the brake fluid resivoir. connect air line to spare wheel. Open bleed nipple to allowing bleeding. (Always put a clear tube on the nipple and collect brake fluid in a jar).Bleed until no more air comes out and you have a steady stream of brake fluid.
10. Clip brake hose onto the strut with the grommet provided
11. Refit Road wheels lower car and take for a test drive
