    we have a self loading/unloading laser that cuts up to 20mm steel plate at work
    some stud holes are out by a very small amount, so increase hole size slightly and will be sweet

    Can I ask what your plans are for the inlet manifold and it's manufacture?
    are you building a completely custom one per chance?

    I definately favour this style if Intake Manifold for our cars.
    Tried and tested springs to mind

    That style of inlet is definately the preferred design IMHO
    be sure to stick to the same sort of proportions and you cant go wrong provided you use re enforcers as they have in the one in the picture

    Boost does surprising things to metal joints!!

    even relatively low boost supercharger apps I would think it is needed?
