What about under pulleying the engine? Does anyone do an under pulley kit for 2.0?

    Found this lot for you...

Power Pulleys (bottom of the page) Info

    Light weight crank pulley

    Remap

    Strut brace 1

    Strut brace 2

I know some of the above items are listed for other engine capacities or the Z3'M', but I've checked and they should fit your car as its the same engine/chassis

Sorry your post did not come up straight away the pulleys listed as light weight not under pulleys would they have the same effect?

Well I'm not 100% sure of the BHP gains but I'm pretty sure a smaller diameter pulley will have the same effect as a pulley 1/3 its weight.

Brilliant. well thank you folks I'll look in to it a bit more and have a think. I guess it would best to do the pulleys before remapping

I'd go for the remap before the pulleys. That is unless you planning on quite a few mods in which case get them done first and then remap to get the best performance out of them.

You'll see more benefit from a remap. I'll increase the power and flatten out the bhp/torque curves. You might decide not to even bother with anything else after.

Basically you'll get more bang for your buck
