how do all, just chipped my 325tds and the standard clutch is slipping allready, i only did it today, 3rd 4th and 5th gear roll on is wen it happens, the extra torque is just to much (iv uprated everything else, see http://www.bimmerforums.co.uk/forum/...36-tds-t16383/). any clues as to a decent upgrade, after market or factory?

What do you think yours is running know?

I've heard that the 325tds can be tuned to 180bhp but I don't know if that's true

well with the mods id hope to see atleast 180, its 143 as stock, im tempted to have a dyno done and see what its running. in reality its done 140k so its hardly a new engine, on the other hand diesels dont wear like petrols, and its a bmw engine after all, to be fair the engine is ripe for tuning and it runs so sweet! the clutch situation is a little confusing as other engines (petrol) use the same set up, however diesels have much more torque, especially an engine thats in a higher state of tune, iv been told that 200bhp isnt out of sight but only the dyno will tell. the grunt its got from 60 to 100 is awsome, if not better than my mates 328!
