Sorry to be a noob, but having just purchased a 98 323i, this thread caught my eye.
I understand everything except the 'bbth' reference. Is this something to do with completing the M50 conversion? Sorry again for the thread hijack.

Would I be right in saying full power remap I could expect around 215?

Yes you should get around 215-220bhp from our remap and your mods on your car

    Hi all,

    Sorry to jump in!

I have a 328 and have just bought an M50, not in any real rush to get it on my car but a couple of questions which maybe someone can answer!
    1) the manifold I have has a bracket to have the 328 throttle body fitted to the M50 manifold, would this be the best way to ring out the power? If not then what would be better?
    2) a lot is said about chips and flashing the DME, what kind of cost are we looking at for these? Mines a jan 97 sold car so build will be late 96 I presume

Away from the manifold, I have acquired a 328 sport exhaust, I would assume it is the same as my standard 328 exhaust, is there anything I can do to it which may benefit me in terms of power?

    Cheers all!

1 fit the m50 and then just bolt your 328i throttle body

2 Your car has a flash-able Ecu (remap needed)
We see 230bhp with high torque that start low down in the rev range from a 328i with just m50 and our remap which starts at £250
If we tweak the car on the dyno we normally see 235-240bhp heres a dyno graph ImageUploadedByTapatalk1359847768.466538.jpg

If you fit a m3evo headers and full system with m50 manifold
and remapped on the dyno we have see up to 250bhp
