Is there a guide for fitting an M50 inlet manifold anywhere?

There are loads of breathers and random stuff under my M52 inlet manifold - can I remove any of this?

One looks like an oil catch tank? and the goes somewhere....

Can you use the sensor from the M50 thats fitted to the inlet or do you have to use the M52? If so where the buggery will that fit?!

If anyone can reply fairly soon it would be sweet! As I have just timed up my engine (from the head cracking :( ) on the way with fitting the exh manis and various other bits and bobs before the inlet needs to go on.

Does anyone know of anywhere in Manchester (or Lancs) that supplies and fits the M50 setup (plus a generic ECU remap to suit)?

I can send you a properly converted manifold with bbtb that's a straight swap with the m52 unit

For best gains it's always best to tune these for your mods on a dyno

I see loads of these 328i over the years where people have had them tuned by others who are no tuners and have just copied some other tuners work or brought an ecu of eBay only to find when Dynoed they have no more power and are then unhappy and lost there money

I own the car where all these m50 mods is cams where tested on many years ago by t1000 which we tuned to 263bhp

    Here's a guide to tuning these 328i

Most people tell me there cars do 35 mpg + after m50 and our remap

But it would be best to pm or ask some of the members who have had these mods fitted
