    as the title says, im gettin bored of what little power i have and want more at the same time i cant afford a bigger car for another couple of years. so i was wondering if anyone has remaped or chipped a 318 if so what power gains where there and where they noticable?

    i'd imagine a 10bhp at best so smoother delivery certainly but im getting the flywheel lightened and balanced induction kit exhaust then ill live map.

    sure supersprint are nice heard 1 eisman are ace but v expensive,powerflow sound like boy racers...im going cat back for my 318 2.0ltr

    yeah mines a 1.9 and has the 8v 118 bhp and yours has 143bhp i want mine up and around the same as yours 140 to 150 do you think that over ambitious?

    if you stick a decent cat back system on her a 4 branch manifold a sports cat decent panel filter eg pipercross and get a rolling road map i can see you passing my stock figures easily tbh. or just pay 3500 for a blower kit and get 200 lol its all about cost thats the start and end if you have cash to burn the skys the limit get ur engine race prepared lol

    wont the manifold and exhaust make it too loud though? this is my family car and i dont want it LOUD! ive got a piperX panal filter ill do a remap and get a better exhaust but not a loud one, what about scorpian are they loud or o.k?

    ive got a full system on mine i think its powerflow or sumit along them lines minds totaly blank i shall check when i go to do abit work on her. its loud but thats a straight through with a fair size pipercross cone filter on. i could upload a short vid of the sound it u like
