Hey everyone. As a lot of you probably know, lots of people are raving about the eBay headers and no wonder because they are cheap as chips and give a great power gain. The only problem is that they are only deliverable within the US but i have someone that will ship them over to me. Another issue is that US M54 engines may be different from the European ones.
    So, my question is:
    Will headers for a US M54 325i and 330i fit on my european 320i (2.2 6 cyl.)?

    Thanks in advance
    Steve

Highly doubt it as the US is left hand drive.... I know of a few people who bought manifolds and downpipes (non BWW) from the US only to find it wouldn't fit on their UK spec cars. Some managed to make them fit but involves lots of cutting and welding to get it to fit

Jeeeeeez!! if that was available here in the UK at that price, despite being LHD, I'd take a punt on it, &take it to the exhaust shop that did my backbox delete and ask him to try and see if he could fit it!!

RMS stainless in Prestwick. He did my backbox for 70 quid....... off the books! RMS have been there for like 20+ years, and the guy will do whatever you ask! An MOT inspector and BMW indie both commented (without me saying anything) on how solid a job had been done on my exhaust, which was rather reassuring.

i went back about a 2 yrs later cause one of the mounts came off, despite no receipt they popped my car on the ramps, must've recognised their work and proceeded to fix it, no questions........ now thats what i call service!

Its something i think i will get done at some point also, maybe late next year, but at the moment I'm happy with my exhaust and I've prioritsed other jobs for now. But keep us posted on if you do go thru with it and how it all goes.

Had a look at their pictures of work they have done. Very impressive. Will definitely buy the headers and give them a phone. Will let you all know.
