Will a performance exhaust manifold throw a CEL on the e90? The engine is a strangled n46b20 engine that needs to breathe a little better. The thought was full manifold -> back exhaust just to get it a little more crispy + a kn airfilter mod.

KN Airfilter will give you less output, unless your putting it in the airbox.

Im thinking of swapping to an OEM cat-less manifold, let me know how it works for you?

I think you need a reputable tuners advice as with some cars a less restrictive cat-less header can cause the engine to run lean.
