Basically as the thread says, i have a pre face lift E46 with the rectangle fog lights, and im currently fitting a BMC CDA air filter but i dont wont to use the air duct on the radiator, but get my cold air supply from the bumper area if possible, i was thinking of modding the funnel that supplys cold air to the disc brakes but are there any other better places to use?

i hope this question is clear.....

Same bumper on mine I think and if you could find a route up from the air duct that cools the brakes that would be ideal. You should be able to feed some pipe down that way, under car access would make your job easier though.
