Hi guys, just wondering what mods you would suggest for a 2003 325ti sport compact, not sure what to do as i've heard MOTs are more stringent on mods now? but anyway, any help would be appreciated, cheers

All I did to my 325ti sport when I had it was lower it on weitec sport springs.. upgrade front wishbone bushes to powerflex and rear trailing arm bushes also to powerflex and it handled superbly!

Wouldn't bother with anything else because it's a waste of money..

bwchiptune, a remap is the only thing it doesn't need haha, the previous owner owns a garage and has already remapped and chipped it, i was thinking more exhaust, intake, suspension etc, not looking to spend major money though and the only 'decent' exhaust parts are really expensive, may just golf tee the exhaust and do a little on the suspension, its only done 40000 miles and was a recovery from a scrapyard so not seen much use but meant it was cheap for the quality of car, so suspension wise new bushes and springs? how much lower are those springs mate? looking to just get it handling nice be abit louder and have some bbs replicas and i'll be happy i think

uprated arbs will make the biggest difference if the existing suspension is in good order.
