Pretty sure the M3 has different mounts, but all the others are the same.

    Mounts

They do go soft and move about (especially if you stick 400hp through them ) so even new standard mounts might help.

Jim, I've never heard of C3 bmw before - have you used them / would you recommend them? I might just buy a new mount from them on that link you posted...

I've not used them myself, but I think they're a pretty big and reasonably well known company so you should be okay.

Might be worth giving your local bmw dealer a ring, sometimes they're surprisingly competitive when it comes to price, sometimes...

Our local dealership is an absolute joke,
Recently charged my wife's friend £85 to replace wiper blades
Also told her that "her car had been on their diagnostics machine for 2 hours, but they'd only charge her for 1 hour" (£138) - no faults with the car mind you, they're just a bunch of robbing Ba***rds

Here you go make some proper engine mounts that will do the job.

Also note that if you are uprading the engine mounts... Expect more vibration, noise and harshness!

Feck, give them a miss then

Those vibra technics ones look pretty cool. Could be the happy medium in between the stock rubber mounts and the completely solid Turner Motorsport ones.
