The most amount of extra power you are going to get is by remapping the car
This is the biggest bang for you bucks
Every think else after this will cost loads more with little gain.

We have a xmass remap offer ends 31/12/12

I think remapping can give you an extra 10hp. I would keep the panel filter as this retains the original air box with cold intake. A decent cat back exhaust system can help as well. I have exactly the same car as you, I have a bmc panel filter and a vortex cat back system. I have not had it mapped yet, but the exhaust has helped it no end.

Other than the above theres not much else you can do. But to answer your question yes you can get it up to 150 ish, but not much more!
