I've got MOT in June and going to replace discs and pads all round with ATEs (?), probably look at tyres (Toyos?) after MOT (depending if it goes through okay ) but have got a list of things I want to do this year.

    Probably:

Would I need to do manifold too?

Also bushes and suspension at some point, powerflex bushes I understand are good? Any general pointers on good suspension kits would be appreciated.

I like the exhaust note as it is but wondering if any worthwhile gains can be made by getting some aftermarket pipes?

Sorry if anything is unclear, this is my first time upgrading one of my cars!

search on this site for M50 manifold conversion and get that dont bother with that shitty stainless filter it's rubbish and will cost you power and engine life

m50 manifold will give you approx 20hp

Thanks Hamish, it's on the list. After driving in the rain today I definitely need some new rubber first, have just got cheapy Tigar and Dura on there and they don't inspire confidence at all!

I've seen mixed reviews for Toyo T1-Rs, any other suggestions out there? Want something grippy that will 10k ish
