ive got an ongoing problem with my 328i running a rotrex charger

it intermitantly the revs bounce and it coughs and splutters when warm, and on very light throttle you can feel the car miss. however give it a bit more throttle and it goes through the rev range fine.

its slowly gotten worse when you floor it it hesitates (still goes but hold back) and then will eventualy rocket off higher up the revs.

its had new lambdas, can sensor, Crank sensor, vanos seals, spark plugs, different coils, throttle switch, air mass... sure there are other things i have forgotten.

i get a reoccuring fault for lambda control limits reached on both banks and im also getti a knock sensor fault on both, the knock sensor is a new fault but im wondering if anything could be triggering it off as the general feeling is they dont go wrong...

any help would be great as im coming to the end of my ideas!

coolant temp sensor. a long shot i know, could it be that the charger isnt set up properly? maybe even something simple as an air leak?

yeah ive been down the air leak route and i cant find anything untoward.

the temp sensor seems to be reading ok, unless its loosing signal or fluctuating and ive not noticed it..
