The final drive IS the diff, and there isn't many other options available.
You'll have a 3.15 ratio, same as the 3.0 M3.
The next closest would be the 3.23 from the M3 3.2, but that would need the complete rear axle swapped, and a custom prop (or swap the gearbox to a ZF from a 328)
The final drive isn't necessarily the whole diff. You can swap the crown wheel and pinion from any same sized diff.
I've got a 4.10 from the states to go in mine. Any 188mm crown and pinion can be fitted to the "medium" sized diff.
Bear in mind altering the final drive ratio will have an effect on your top speed gearing. The 4.10 diff I have limits a top speed of around 115mph with the standard rev limit. Remapped to 7200 rpm, ~135 should be possible.
so one will somewhere will, it's the kind of thing you'll really need to check the exact specs from the particular chassis number.
