    Hey guys,

I read somewhere that you can use 328 pistons/rods & Crank as a stroker Kit for the 325 M50 engine. Is it possible to use this in my 323i & what power gains, etc... could I expect?

cheers for any help/ info you can offer.

You'll get 328 power if you add all the other b28 stuff with it. Why not just put in an m52b28 engine?

Just want to do something different, everyone does engine conversions. I like the option of keeping my original engine. Are there any other options for stroker kits?

what is your budget? and what will the engine be used for?
you could get it out to 3.3L using alpina gear or 3l using m54b30 bits

You can use both the US 3.0l and 3.2l cams in the M52 323 and 328...US M3's are tuned up M50/M52 engines.Euro M3 has a completely different engine.

My budget probably be £1k-£1.5k, depends really. I want it for a fast daily driver/track day car. How are the US engines tuned? they use 2.5ltr M50/M52 units with more agressive cams + ???
