Just a short note to clarify that the 154.5hp is wheel horsepower not corrected flywheel power (usually seen as s_HP on DD dynos). I see that the standard in the UK is to correct for crank horsepower. From an engineering standpoint (sorry) I don't mind but I would like to know how the dyno arrives at the correction value or is it a manually entered correction.
I will only be sending wheel horsepower dynos here so if I post a 340whp dyno (and I say IF), that's a big number!

This seems very interesting, I've used a dyno here in the UK and I wasn't fully convinced on my results, partly because i didn't see any atmospheric checks being done for the runs but also because everyone was down on power, plus I'm sure every car has varying transmission loss with varing wheel sizes and weights but basically I've only ever used it as a guideline as 'CALCULATED crank hp' is exactly that. Breifly looking in RealOEM.com Online BMW Parts Catalog there are a lot of parts to be pulled from the 535D, especially the bi-turbo setup? biggest hurdle is programming which you seem to have covered

This should be interesting, I have just made a gt2560v and fitted it to my 330d 184bhp. It's goin to get mapped on fri will post the results. I am using standard fuel injection system though.
whos maping it, local. i used consett performance tuning
MSD in Blackpool. I have done all the usual stuff, big intercooler, no cats, straight thru exhaust EGR delete etc. don't know what the standard fuelling system will deliver tho. Car drives fine just with turbo bolted on, makes full boost by 1750rpm. That is with 47mm exducer turbine wheel.
I'll be following this thread with interest! Gives me an appreciation of the things that go into tuning!
Ok guys well I've been doing the boring stuff on the car.
- 380mm front/rear brakes (8piston/6piston). Race fluid, stainless lines etc. they r awesome
- coilovers with adjustable camber and dampening.
- 4" exhaust turbo to mid then twin 2.5"
- custom sway bars
- ceramic clutch (from UK they said stage 3 whatever that means but I can tell you I don't like the way it drives...)
Coming on next 4 weeks
- custom turbo 53.5mm turbine exducer
- 535d injectors
- custom induction to turbo with damming off of the hot areas
- custom intercooler (not sure what to do here)
- Quaife LSD
