Hi, Can BW Chip tune view the valvetronic characteristics during a pull?

Does the valvetronic retard slightly as it approaches higher rpms? I understand the valve springs are kept relatively soft.

Any information would be great. I'm just finished uni and looking for work, so I've been tinkering with my N42 quite a bit.

I want to install a full custom intake/manifold and was wondering if it mattered where the MAP sensor went? any info would be great.

    Vanos can be adjusted

What are you looking to use or make for the intake manifold?

    What year is your car

I'm using a form of carbonfibre composite processing that I was doing research on last year in uni,

My initial concept design is attached, but the velocity stacks will be different angles hopefully in the new design.

There will be a gasket at the top of the Stacks which will be linked to a plenum and forced induction from the kidney grills.

The car is a 2001 316ti N42B18a. Ideally i would like to view the valvetronic characteristics during a pull.
