Never heard of them, can't really comment I'm afraid on them, I would be dubious to be honest, most places at least rolling road your car for before and after and give your car a full diagnostic check

Also, whoever you use. Just make sure that the car feels that bit more powerful and that you're happy before handing over any money. SO many people out there these days who but cheap tools from fleabay with the dvd's of maps and so many blown engines! Most respected companies will offer warranty and the correct customer services.

fwiw http://www.morego.co.uk/index.php (BBR GTi) are reputable with generally good prices across the board (bar some applications which cost between £1-2K lol).

You can also look up RICA Ecu engine tuning (very popular amongst the Volvo tuning scene and on Volvo's the results are amazing).

I have not heard great things about BBR to be honest.

For BMW I would suggest going to see Simon at Emaps....

    Really knows his stuff

I'll echo Boostist's comments regards Simon at Emaps. I have never used him but have heard a lot of good things.

In your neck of the woods there is also http://www.bwchiptune.co.uk/.
