Hi everyone, I dont suppose anyone knows where a tuning box fits the 320d engine or even better has any pics of one fitted??

My car has possibly got one hiding somewhere and is causing all my smoke/economy problems!!

I did a little article a few weeks ago about tuning boxes.

    http://www.endtuning.com/dieseltuningboxes.html

If it has one, it'll be connected into the rail pressure sensor under the engine cover. It should be quite obvious if it is there, as they are pretty big.

If you see nothing, your best course of action is a fault code read.

Boost leaks, maf problems, it looks like it is putting in too much fuel for the air it has measured

A fault code reader will pinpoint the cause.
