Not sure about the servicing bringing the power back, i think its a case how it has been looked after over time tbh mainly.
I think as the car gets older and parts worn etc, its bound to lose some power, like anything, we get older and more worn out and cant run/lift etc as much lol..

Your car is VERY nice! I originally wanted an estoril blue clubsport but was too hard to find!! But I am really happy that I did not get the Clubsport due to the front bumper fins. After I bought my car home I could not drive it into the driveway due to the lowness of the bumper. In the end I decided I have to reverse the car into my drive all the time. When I'm reversing the car in, the front bumper is literally 2mm's away from scraping the floor. I could have tore my whole bumper off if it was a Clubsport!

Have you got a close up picture of your fins? I want to see how its been put on. Have they been stuck on to the original M sport bumper fins? I have never seen a Clubsport in real life over in Leicester.

There has been many people saying different things about the differences in the Clubsport. What exactly is different between the Clubsport and the M sport? I now about the removal of sound deadening. What about the suspension and brakes?

the front fins are just glued on, need to take em off soon to colour code them.
    The differences are...
    20kg less sound deadening
    front splitters
    rear spoiler
20mm lower suspension than m sports (might be 10mm, cant remember)
    'clubsport' door sill plates
    18" staggered clubsport wheels
    Short stubby gearlever
Bespoke interior (brushed aluminium is nice)
Leather + heated electric seats as standard

I shouldnt be in here as mine is a lil 2.5 lump. but the change to a k&n induction kit gave car a srious difference in induction noise. sounds well grunty now compared to original airbox

The car being lower would have made my life even hard! lol! Would have had to 'modify' my road lol! Your car is very nice though!! How much louder does the car sound from inside? I've always wondered...

2.5 is quick what you talking about!? lol! I heared K&N sounds really nice but you get a slight loss of performance? Is this correct? Its due to the engine heat getting into the induction kit, retarding the performance. Theres alwayz been a debate on this issue...I want smebody to put their car on a rolling road before and after modification to see the real answer....Did you put a heat shield around yours? I used to have a K&N induction kit in my Celica, I dont think there was a performance increase, its more psychological due to the noise...but maybe there was?

on the bryf, its comes with a heatshield, so it doesnt let heat in, but ive felt the cone sometimes and it still gets hot, so not sure on what gains you actually get from it.
Diablo - the 325 is still a quick car, exhaust, remap etc and it would be even quicker, and drive alot better.
