    keep the standard ones as stronger then the ebay ones , we tried the ebay ones and lost 3 bhp over stock but used a btb manifold and gained 15bhp but its a big big price difference as seen the cheaper one split from the welds as the stainless used it cheap and thin compared to stock

    i have been on the m3 foruns and e46 forums last night and they all seem to love there ebay headers
    and they have seen dyno graphs with a gain of anything from 2bhp to 15 bhp
    so they cant be that bad if there fitting them to e46 m3s can they

    dont listen to nonsense, manifolds will give you weight loss and hp gain regardless of what anyone else says. its best to pair it with a bbtb and an m50 manifold {and if possible a full decat} and trust me you will see better gains and performance full stop. so enjoy

    thanks mate i have the m50 manifold done
    so i will go ahead and fit the headers
