    hi guys i have a full exhaust system to go on my 328 but i dont no if i should keep my standard manifolds i think there stainless anyway but

    this is what i have to replace them

    do you think these will give a better flow than standard
    they are very light too

    I would recommend the newer stainless steel manifolds you posted in the first pic. I have stainless manifolds which are a little shorter that that but they definitely improve gas flow, sound and smoothness of acceleration. The ones you have at the moment look like standard cast manifolds to me.

    Stick with the original manifolds as you will see no gains from them. OEM manifolds are iron and not stainless and are stronger. They also look like they are for a left hand drive car. The stainless ones also sound tinny and will crack under engine movement.

    there defo right hand drive manifolds
