Im in the thinking of a new exhaust as the tuning will be in the works soon.

Anyone built an exhaust for this type of car? - pics?

Any ideas on how i should build it, how many silencers and so on?

As said by bwchiptune the single biggest power gain to be had from this car will come from chipping to sort the fuelling and boost.
I went to a local Powerflow dealer and got them to custom build a stainless system on my car (3.25" I think).
The cat was replaced by a straight through pipe and there is a small rear silencer with twin round exits.
By removing the cat yet retaining a rear silencer the system is not overly noisy although the exhaust note changes, best of all the removed restriction helps the turbo spool up.

I don't have pictures of the system (it follows the route of the original setup) but you can see the tailpipes in my project thread.
