hi i am trying to get more power from my 2.5tds. it has only covered 52,ooo miles and belonged to my grandfather so its a well looked after car and engine all round . i upgraded the intercooler, had a custom stainless built by c + c stainless exhausts in hillington, glasgow they put a larger diamiter pipe on from the turbo back cut the filters and cat out and fitted a custom back box with twin exit, looks and sounds good. i then had had it chipped and put on the rolling road . so she is currenty putting out 182 which i have heard is good for that engine but i would like to reach 200 but i dont no where else to look for power now . any help would be great thanks am totally lost now

That's good power. You might struggle getting any more without a turbo swap.
The IC change would have helped but after this, you'll probably be looking at bigger nozzles/injectors and a bigger turbo.

yeah thats what i keep hearing but a think its alot of money for that little bit more power ,the car is plenty fast now but i have not heard of anyone reaching 200 with this engine so i like the idea but i dont no if that little extra is worth all that money

Does it still have the EGR valve or have you bypassed it?
