Hi guys I've got a 335i coupe on a manual stick. Age is 2011 (61) plate. 4700 miles on the clock from new so have given it a bit of a run in. Keen to have it remapped for more torque and bhp. Any idea if anyone is offering this service. I've loosely spoke to a couple vendors who have said it may have anti mapping software. Any ideas ? Thank you.

Yes, that's likely to be correct, which will mean the ECU needs to be removed (it's bolted onto the engine on these) and opened to bypass the security parts.

if there's a resistance, by BMW, to re-mapping, wouldn't remapping impact on the warranty?

Yes I think so, so how about something like a ac schintzer performance pack ? Raises it by 60 bhp ? Is that worth it
