Hi I have a 330d that spikes to 23psi before settling to 15-17.

The performance at 23 is far greater so the fuel is obviously mapped higher than the boost is set standard.

Since I will be running a built turbo, I wasn't advice on a tuner who can modify my ecu fie to increase the boost to 3 bar absolute.

    Anyone know someone?

I'm in Australia and this car wasn't sold here, so no tuners here. The file gas been pulled off the car, so just need someone to email it to.

    Thanks

2 bar of boost is going to be massive overkill, the fueling system isn't big enough to need those sort of boost levels.
Around 1.5-1.6 bar would be more than enough to max out the injection system.

    Thanks for the reply,

I am "trying" for 800nm at 3000rpm dropping to 650nm at 4500rpm. Expecting need 40psi and excellent cooler.

I will be changing the inj nozzles to 1st gen 535d.

Also buying a cp3 later model 1600bar inj pump with the hope it's a bolt in job.

Will also fit a Unichip for ease of fine tuning do I don't have to go backwards and forwards with maps to tuners etc.

Basically I can upgrade the vnt turbo to very high level and hoping for some fun

Ultimately I won't be leaving the injection system alone. Will fit bigger nozzles and increase rail to around 2200bar for starters.

I'll do what required to max out the mechanical limits of the engine itself

For now I just want to increase boost and do some AFR measurements
