no dont think it been remaped b4 it was standerd when i got it but my m8 has a 323 and has no cut out they just seen to rev out
can any1 help how do you get a propper cut-out\limiter on my e36 323??????????????????????????
You would need a remap to increase your rev limiter. Mine is currently set at 7200 but in an ideal world you dont really want to be revving the engine that high anyhow.
a normal 325 has a cut-out wot does it rev to??
and want the car more for drifting love hittin the cut-out on my cars sounds class rattlein it off the limter lol
im not sure exactly on the 325 i would say you should hit the limiter at about 6500. If you like the sound of hitting the limiter i would suggest you do not raise it....................... Knock Knock Conrod
What do you exactly mean by a cut out because cars do not have cut outs, I think you are confusing it with something else. The constant demanding of information for something that is clearly only in your head & excessive use of symbols won't get you anywhere on this forum. A rev limiter is set to protect the engine internals from exceeding there operational limits. A cut out is used on track or sport vehicles to shut the fuel off in an emergency.
look dane iam just lookin to have abit of crack in my bmw take 2 drift track at the weekends do abit of wreakin ect.
and its the limter iam on about, i and every1 i know would call it a cut-out dont use tecnical data talk in a oul garage lol
