Im loking for the best set up for my car ie performance wise.

I was thinking going with a solid flywheel. What one will holt straight on without changing anything else IE starter gear etc. Can I get a alloy one?

I know that advancing the exhaust cam 5 degrees seems the best for that unsure if I will go with it.

Diff? What the best. I want torque. Are they interchangable?

Exhaust. Im thinking keep standard manifold as its pretty freeflowing anyway but as for the rest. Keep the cat but stainless from there to back box no middle box.

Also air filter obviously. And heatshield.

    Thinking about a chip too.

If I apply all mods I hope to see 155bhp at the crank maybe 135 at wheels. But its torque im after not more horses.

    Any advice is appreciated. thanks

If you do go for cams your looking at 5-10bhp from that - Exhaust you could get 1-4bhp - Airfilter depending on which and with the heat sheild I would imagen 1-3bhp - Taking CATs away could get you 1-2bhp - Chip for your ECU TheEnd would be better to ask as he knows EVERYTHING but I could think your looking at around 10-15bhp

So with all mods your looking at around 160bhp any way... Your car should have around 138bhp standard! If its been well looked after I am sure you still have all those German Horses.

About the flywheel... If you have a look on Euro Car Parts I am VERY sure you will find a FULL clutch kit with a solid flywheel! It will be more reliable than a DMF...

    Hope that made some sence...

My car has 162'000 miles on it. Unsure if these modifications are suitable for an engine with so many miles although has full service history etc.
