i have a 2005 2.0l e46 318i touring, i went for the sensible option of buying an older 2000 330ci and using it as a toy, i havent really touched the 318 since i got it, just fitted a stereo from a previous car, the joy of spending the money on a second car instead is that you can strip it out etc which is free modding and improves most aspects of car performance, although if you save too much weight then the car can look like a monster truck due to the springs not sagging under weight as they should!

Hi guys. Well depends how much do you have to spend and what you want. I have an project E36 318 and my idea is put on it a turbocharger kit and nitrous as well. that will cost me around £1500 "just the kit's".

£1500 will not get your car turbo charged unless you are buying one of them useless kits of ebay
