    Hi Guys

    I have a 2005 320d E90 Manual with 93k on the clock.

Thinking of getting her remapped, I live in Cambridge...

Any advise, thoughts, suggestions etc on price, consequences, performance, efficiency basically the outcome!

    Thanks!

Performance goes up, mpgs get better and you'll find yourself smiling more often.

I'm assuming you have the 163 bhp version, which will rise to about 200bhp, and 50-60Nm of torque.

You can expect a better throttle response and drivability through the whole rev range also.
it's worth doing a full service on the car before any tuning. Include in the service to do the fuel filter and clean the EGR valve (i think theres a HOW TO on here somewhere). Also to note is the removal of the swirl flaps to be on the safe side. Theres many many threads on bimmerforums about these. Once you've done all this, you're ready for a remap and I'm only in Kent down the M11, M25, A2

As said also get your fuel filter , EGR , and air filter done before you get it remapped , that way it will breath and drink freely and be in optimum condition . Well worth doing my GF has her E90 320d remapped to 200bhp and it was as fast as my old 330d and at low speeds not a million miles from
