Okay, after years of running petrol cars, Civic Type R's, Clio 197's, Saxo VTS, 325ci etc. I never saw the point in Turbo derv's and would never go near one.

I bought a 330d E46 3 weeks ago (a minter) and have today had it remapped by Simon at E-Maps and it is epically (is that a word) good !!! The power delivery and driving experience in second to none. I have to say I'm totally hooked, it's remapped dervs for me from now on !!!!!!!!

    Sorry to disappoint you !

They are addictive, a little too addictive I'm afraid, I fear a rising points tally may be on the horizon !

the standard e46 330d i had, was good as it was, i always intended on a re-map but never got around to it, as i figured i would use the r1 when i needed power !! lol, but they are a great engine and better when mapped, im sure m3,s etc would have it tight enough in top gear at 60mph roll on to 100 against them!

drz400 good enough we bike!! had a notion of changing the r1 for a ktm sumo!! ive had ton of race bikes, 750 srad, tl1000r, rsvr, harris mag4, 98 r1, 2001 r1, 2003r1 , k4 gsxr 1000, k6 gsxr 1000, k7 gsxr 750, k7 gsxr 1000, and now 06 r1, i owned the newer 07/8 r1 but didnt like it after few weeks, so it had to go, think its getting time for a more relaxed, more smiles for less mph, supermoto style!!
