    I am thinking of chipping my 2005 E46 320Cd M Sport.

What are the implications on the mechanicals of the car, and are there any other recommended upgrades that I should consider.

Has anyone got experience and what sort of power increases could I expect?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi, the 4cly cars are perfect to map , If its the 150hp or the later 163's the car is far more alive to drive. The power just up to 185ish on the 150 car's and close the 200hp on the 163's.

The only things that give after time are the clutch and turbo's, Thats only as there being worked more. Use good oil keep on top of them, let them warm up cool down and you will be fine

    Hope that helps

    Thaks Mike
    Thanks Mike
